The Federal Cartel Office's (FCO) (Bundeskartellamt) site contains general information on antitrust and merger law including legislation, decisions, press releases and certain annual reports. Most information is available in German only but the text of the Competiton Act (Gesetz gegen Wettbewerbsbeschrankungen) is also available in French and in English.
