A standalone authorised guarantee agreement (AGA) for use with a lease which is a new lease for the purposes of the Landlord and Tenant (Covenants) Act 1995. The AGA contains optional wording which can be included where there is a guarantor for the outgoing tenant who is giving a sub guarantee (also known as a GAGA).
