A flowchart showing the steps that an employer must take on receipt of a valid request for an information and consultation agreement under the Information and Consultation of Employees Regulations 2004 (SI 2004/3426).
In line with changes under the Good Work Plan, the threshold for an employee request reduced from 10% to 2% of employees (subject to a minimum of 15 and a maximum of 2,500 employees) on 6 April 2020 (see Practice note, Information and consultation agreements: Good Work Plan).
