A letter of appointment for a non-executive chairperson of a listed company which reflects the provisions of the 2016 version of the UK Corporate Governance Code applicable to financial years beginning before 1 January 2019. The letter expands on the sample non-executive director's appointment letter published by the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) on 15 December 2011 (and available to ICSA members).
