ICC UK members' visit to ICC International Court of Arbitration

ICC UK organised a visit to the ICC International Court of Arbitration (the Court) in Paris on 6 September by around 30 of its members, comprising barristers, solicitors, arbitrators and users of arbitration. A similar visit by ICC UK members took place in September 2005.
The visit comprised a series of presentations and question and answer sessions about various aspects of practice and procedure, including:
- Welcome and Introduction to the Court.
- Recent Developments at the Court.
- The Work of the ICC Commission on Arbitration.
- ICC Dispute Resolution Services.
- Presentation of the NetCase Facility.
- Meeting with Counsel of the Court.
