Court of Appeal reverses CAT decision on whether damages action is time-barred

On 22 May 2009, the Court of Appeal reversed a decision of the CAT which held that the damages claim brought by BCL Old Co Limited and others against BASF, in relation to losses allegedly incurred as a result of the vitamins cartel, was not time-barred.
