Sandra Pfister is a corporate finance lawyer and a banking partner in the financial markets department of Simmons & Simmons in Frankfurt. She advises on a broad range of banking transactions, in particular acquisition finance, project finance, general transactional banking, real estate finance, secured and unsecured, senior and mezzanine lending work, syndicated and bi-lateral loan agreements and Schuldschein loans, both cross-border and in Germany. Sandra's experience additionally includes international equity, equity linked and debt capital markets transactions such as IPOs, dual listings (including on NASDAQ), rights offerings, convertibles and exchangeables offerings in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Sandra has, amongst others, represented HSBC and the other mandated lead arrangers in rela-tion to E.on’s approx. EUR 42bn all-cash offer for Endesa, the European Investment Bank (EIB) in connection with the most recent German A-model roads PPP, documenting a senior and – as first law firm in Germany – (mezzanine) LGTT guarantee facility, a German mortgage bank in connection with an Islamic finance (Ijara) warehouse line and SEB AG in relation to the acquisi-tion financing (certain funds) for CompuGROUP Holding AG in connection with its public take-over of Profdoc ASA. Sandra additionally advises Rheinmetall Aktiengesellschaft in relation to general corporate finance queries and frequently works for Bank of America, N.A. on a wide array of financing transactions.
