An update on the legislation for implementing the Government's proposed scheme for feed-in tariffs (FITs), which comes into force on 1 April 2010, namely, the Feed-in Tariffs (Specified Maximum Capacity and Functions) Order 2010 (SI 2010/678) and modifications to electricity supply licences. The Government has also published a consultation on FITs guidance, on 24 March 2010, and guidance on the interaction between FITs and the Low Carbon Building Programme (LCBP).
