The Ministry of Health is responsible for, specifying lists of reimbursed medicines and limits on medicine prices, deciding whether a medicinal product should be entered on the list of reimbursed medicines, developing state medicine policy, issuing licences for clinical trials, issuing marketing authorisations and issuing parallel import licences.
