The Justification Decision (Generation of Electricity by the EPR Nuclear Reactor) Regulations 2010 (SI 2010/2844), Justification Decision (Generation of Electricity by the AP1000 Nuclear Reactor) Regulations 2010 (SI 2010/2845) and Nuclear Decommissioning and Waste Handling (Designated Technical Matters) Order 2010 (SI 2010/2850) were made on 29 November 2010 and came into force on 30 November 2010.
