Upper Tribunal holds that parties may appeal against decision notices in their favour

On 3 December 2010, the Upper Tribunal published a notice of determination (GIA/1681/2010) finding that a party may appeal the findings of a decision notice issued by the Information Commissioner, even if the notice finds in their favour.
