A list of standard forms for use in restructuring and insolvency proceedings in accordance with the Insolvency Act 1986 and the Insolvency Rules 1986 (SI 1986/1925). The forms relate to company voluntary arrangements, administration, administrative receivership, liquidation, individual voluntary arrangements, bankruptcy, insolvency court procedure and practice, and the insolvency of overseas companies with UK establishments.
WARNING: The prescribed forms listed in Schedule 4 to the IR 1986 were abolished on 6 April 2017, the commencement date of Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 (SI 2016/1024) (IR 2016). The IR 2016 removed references to the statutory forms previously prescribed by the IR 1986. Instead, the forms are replaced by individual rules that set out the content requirements of prescribed notices and documents.
