A standard document contract for the sale of residential leasehold land with vacant possession, incorporating the Standard Conditions of Sale (Fifth Edition - 2018 Revision) (SCS). A number of the provisions in the contract modify and exclude the SCS and it is suitable for transactions where the SCS need further amendment.
