PLC Arbitration has published Practice note, ICC Arbitration (2012 Rules): a step-by-step guide, which provides guidance on running an International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) arbitration, from preliminary steps to post-award, under the ICC Rules of Arbitration 2012 (ICC Rules 2012). This follows on from the recent launch of the ICC Rules 2012 (see Legal update, ICC Rules of Arbitration 2012 launched).

In addition, we are currently working on an accompanying flowchart, to show all the stages of an ICC arbitration under the ICC Rules 2012.
