President Obama signed into law the Jumpstart Our Business Startups (JOBS) Act.
On April 5, 2012, President Obama signed into law the Jumpstart Our Business Startups Act of 2012 (JOBS Act). The JOBS Act adopts wide-ranging changes to the federal securities laws and rules governing the US capital formation process.
