Model interrogatories for an employer's counsel to use when serving interrogatories on the plaintiff in a single plaintiff employment discrimination case under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VII), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA) or the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act (GINA). This Standard Document applies to private workplaces. It is based on federal law. This Standard Document has integrated notes with important explanations and drafting tips. This Note is being revised to reflect amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP) which are effective as of December 1, 2015.
