We have published an article which highlights the more substantial amendments made to the revised Swiss Rules of International Arbitration which enter into force on 1 June 2012.
We have published Article, Revised Swiss Rules of International Arbitration, authored by Dr. Christopher Boog and Aileen Truttmann of Schellenberg Wittmer (Zurich). On 1 June 2012, the revised Swiss Rules of International Arbitration will come into force. The revised rules will apply to all arbitrations commenced on or after 1 June 2012, unless otherwise agreed. The authors highlight some of the more substantial amendments made in the revised rules.
