The Climate Change Agreements (Eligible Facilities) Regulations 2012 (SI 2012/2999) were made on 29 November 2012. The Climate Change Levy (General) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2012 (SI 2012/3049) were made on 6 December 2012. The UK Emissions Trading Registry ceased to operate on 17 December 2012.
