On 1 January 2013, the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) will revise its Schedule of Fees in relation to non-ICSID cases instituted after 1 January 2013. For the administration of proceedings under other sets of rules, such as the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules, ICSID will charge an annual fee of US$32,000.

ICSID will also amend its fees for a party applying for the annulment of an arbitral award rendered pursuant to the ICSID Convention to US$25,000.

All other fees remain the same.
