Information Tribunal holds university could withhold details of leadership training course attendees under personal data exemption | Practical Law

The First-Tier Tribunal (Information Rights) has held that details of staff who attended leadership training courses constituted personal data and that Sheffield Hallam University was entitled under section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to redact such details when complying with a request for information.
