The US District Court for the Southern District of Texas has released its Second Amended Division of Work Order.

Western District of Michigan
The US District Court for the Western District of Michigan has amended Local Criminal Rule 49.10(c) (dealing with e-filing of charging documents) and Local Criminal Rule 56.5 (dealing with assignment of cases to judges), effective March 12, 2013.
Seventh Circuit
Northern District of Illinois
Judge Ruben Castillo has updated his Instructions for an Initial Status Report to reflect new preferences for the filing of the report.
Eighth Circuit
Western District of Arkansas
The US District Court for the Western District of Arkansas has posted a new Petition for Enrollment for Out-of-State Petitioners. The form states that it also applies to petitions filed in the Eastern District of Arkansas.
Ninth Circuit
Northern District of California
- The US District Court for the Northern District of California announced that, effective March 18, 2013, all transcript orders must be e-filed, except for transcript orders in sealed cases and CJA cases.
- Magistrate Judge Howard Lloyd has updated his Standing Order re: Pretrial Preparation. A copy of the old standing order is available here.
