First Circuit

District of Puerto Rico

The US District Court for the District of Puerto Rico has updated its Court-Annexed Mediation page.

Second Circuit

Eastern District of New York

Judge James Orenstein has updated his Individual Practice Rules. His old Individual Practice Rules are available here.

Southern District of New York

Judge Katherine B. Forrest has posted, for the first time, a fillable Patent Case Management Plan and Scheduling Order.

Third Circuit

Middle District of Pennsylvania

The US District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania has updated its phone directory.

Fourth Circuit

District of Maryland

The US District Court for the District of Maryland has removed its naturalization petition from its fee schedule.

Fifth Circuit

Eastern District of Louisiana

The US District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana has amended its fee schedule, increasing the fee for a duplicate certificate of admission to $18.00.

Southern District of Texas

Judge Vanessa D. Gilmore has updated her individual Procedures. Her old individual Procedures are available here. Judge Gilmore has also added to her homepage a policy regarding case-related telephone inquiries and information about documents, orders and docket entries.

Seventh Circuit

Central District of Illinois

The US District Court for the Central District of Illinois has updated its Local Rules. The court has also posted General Order No. 13-01 regarding the amended Local Rules.

Northern District of Illinois

Judge Thomas M. Durkin's motion schedule has been updated. He is now hearing motions on Monday, as well as Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, as previously.

Northern District of Indiana

The US District Court for the Northern District of Indiana updated its CM/ECF Civil and Criminal User Manual. The court's old CM/ECF Civil and Criminal User Manual is available here.
The US District Court for the Northern District of Indiana also posted General Order No. 2013-6, In Re: Rules for Filing Documents under Seal in Criminal Cases.

Eighth Circuit

Northern District of Iowa

The US District Court for the Northern District of Iowa has posted Public Administrative Order No. 13-AO-0002-P amending its Electronic Case Filing Procedures Manual. The court's old Electronic Case Filing Procedures Manual is available here.

Western District of Missouri

The US District Court for the Western District of Missouri has added a Word document copy of its Notice & Acknowledgement for Service by Mail to its Forms page.

Ninth Circuit

Central District of California

Judge Fernando M. Olguin has made nonsubstantive changes to his Initial Standing Order.
Judge Beverly Reid O'Connell has been added as a district court judge to the US District Court for the Central District of California's Court Directories. Also, on the US District Court for the Central District of California's Mandatory Chambers Copies on E-Filed Documents page, Judge O'Connell has added the following instruction: "Mandatory Chambers Copies of all e-filed documents shall be delivered to the mandatory chambers copy box on the 10th Floor. It is imperative that the mandatory chambers copies be delivered by noon following the date of filing as required by Local Rule 5-4.5. Mandatory chambers copies shall not be blue-backed. Failure to deliver timely mandatory chambers copies may result in a delay in hearing a motion or ordering the matter off calendar."

Northern District of California

The US District Court for the Northern District of California has posted a corrected version of General Order 56, regarding Americans with Disabilities Act Access Litigation.
Judge William Alsup has updated his Guidelines for Trial and Final Pretrial Conference in Civil Jury Cases. His old Guidelines for Trial and Final Pretrial Conference in Civil Jury Cases are available here.

District of Guam

The US District Court for the District of Guam has amended its Administrative Procedures for the Electronic Filing, Signing, Verifying, and Serving of Civil and Criminal Documents to allow for electronic filing of civil complaints.
The US District Court for the District of Guam also has amended its fee schedule to reflect one new fee, effective May 1, 2013: Bankruptcy Transfer of Claim, $25.00.

District of Hawaii

The US District Court for the District of Hawaii has amended its fee schedule, changing "Tape Duplication" to "Audio Duplication." The fee has not changed.

District of Oregon

The US District Court for the District of Oregon has updated its CM/ECF User Manual in the section on Selecting the Divisional Venue.

Eastern District of Washington

The US District Court for the Eastern District of Washington has adopted the policy, effective April 22, 2013, that the Clerk's Office will issue civil summons forms via CM/ECF. Attorneys will complete page one and e-mail the form to the Clerk's Office. The court posted an information PDF on the change.

Tenth Circuit

District of Colorado

The US District Court for the District of Colorado has updated its Local Rules of Practice to correct one link.
