A Checklist for the process of recording minutes of a meeting, from preparations before the meeting to finalizing the minutes after the meeting. This Checklist is designed to be used for meetings of the board of directors of a corporation, although most of the action items also apply to preparing minutes for a board committee meeting, board of managers meeting, or a shareholders' meeting.
