The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has updated its webpage on EMIR (the Regulation on OTC derivative transactions, central counterparties (CCPs) and trade repositories (Regulation 648/2012)) to indicate that it estimates that the first trade repositories (TRs) are not likely to be registered before August 2013.
