First Circuit
District of Rhode Island
The US District Court for the District of Rhode Island posted a general order regarding procedure for pro hac vice admission, effective January 2, 2014.
Second Circuit
Southern District of New York
Magistrate Judge Kevin N. Fox amended his procedures for cases referred for settlement. A copy of the previous version is available here.
The US District Court for the Northern District of Ohio amended its civil and criminal rules. It adopted technical modifications to Local Civil Rule 83.5(k) and Local Criminal Rule 57.5(k) regarding waiver of the attorney admissions fee. The court also revised Local Criminal Rule 32.2 regarding presentence reports and sentencing proceedings.

Eastern District of Missouri
The US District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri posted a notice that the amendments to Rule 16 - 6.03 on neutrals will become effective on January 1, 2014.
Ninth Circuit
Central District of California
Judge Ronald S. W. Lew amended his procedure for filing ex parte applications. Counsel will no longer be notified by telephone of Judge Lew's rulings on ex parte applications.
Northern District of California
The US District Court for the Northern District of California posted a notice, which requires the electronic filing of all new civil cases filed by attorneys, effective February 3, 2014.
Judge Thelton E. Henderson updated his civil and criminal standing orders.
District of Idaho
The US District Court for the District of Idaho posted the following notice regarding its local rules:
"Civil Rule 7.1 (d) was incorrectly posted from September 27, 2013 through December 20, 2013 and included language which was not adopted. (See General Order 266). The correct redline is now posted."
