First Circuit

District of New Hampshire

The US District Court for the District of New Hampshire updated the following forms:

District of Rhode Island

The US District Court for the District of Rhode Island posted a general order permitting the refund of electronic filing fees.

Second Circuit

District of Connecticut

The US District Court for the District of Connecticut posted an updated form for filing a motion to proceed in forma pauperis.

Eastern District of New York

The US District Court for the Eastern District of New York posted an assignment schedule for 2014.
Magistrate Judge William D. Wall updated his individual rules. A copy of the previous version is available here.

Southern District of New York

The US District Court for the Southern District of New York updated its local rules, specifically Rules 18 and 21. A copy of the previous version is available here.
The court also announced a new related case statement form.
Additionally, the court updated the following forms:
Judge Ronnie Abrams updated her case management plan and scheduling order. A copy of the previous version is available here.
Judge Katherine B. Forrest updated the year from 2013 to 2014 in her:

District of Vermont

The US District Court for the District of Vermont revised its local rules and posted a notice detailing changes to Local Criminal Rule 32(c).
The court also revised its application for attorney admission.

Third Circuit

District of Delaware

Judge Sue L. Robinson updated her patent case scheduling order. A copy of the previous version is available here.

Fourth Circuit

Eastern District of North Carolina

The US District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina updated its local rules. A copy of the previous version is available here.

Northern District of West Virginia

The US District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia posted a new notice of attorney appearance and counsel contact form.

Fifth Circuit

Southern District of Texas

Magistrate Judge Diana S. Quiroga updated her joint discovery case management plan. A copy of the previous version is available here.

Western District of Texas

The US District Court for the Western District of Texas increased its pro hac vice fee from $25 to $100, effective January 13, 2014.

Sixth Circuit

Northern District of Ohio

The US District Court for the Northern District of Ohio added a general order regarding attorney disciplinary proceedings and indefinite suspension from practice for failure to pay registration fees to the Ohio Supreme Court.

Eastern District of Tennessee

The US District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee revised its garnishment and execution instructions.

Eighth Circuit

Eastern District of Arkansas

Eastern District of California

The US District Court for the Eastern District of California added a student attorney packet to its list of criminal forms and civil forms.

Northern District of California

The US District Court for the Northern District of California revised its notice of magistrate judge assignment and election form.
Judge Claudia Wilken posted procedural guidance for class action settlements.

Tenth Circuit

District of Colorado

The US District Court for the District of Colorado updated its ECF user manual.

Western District of Oklahoma

The US District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma posted a general order regarding electronic payments via pay.gov.

Eleventh Circuit

Southern District of Alabama
