H.B. 181 requires employers to post a notice about the National Human Trafficking Resource Center Hotline. Employers that are subject to the state Minimum Wage Act must post the notice conspicuously in English, Spanish and any other language spoken by at least 10% of workers. The new law becomes effective July 1, 2014.
