Interrogatories

Written questions from one party to another party in a lawsuit. A party's answers to interrogatories typically must be written and provided under oath.
A party generally uses interrogatories to obtain information in discovery or disclosure. Interrogatories may relate to any matter that may be inquired into under the applicable jurisdiction's discovery or disclosure rules.
