The Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) recently signed a cooperation agreement with the Centre for Arbitration and Conciliation of the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá (CAC-CCB). It has also provided a summary of its findings in relation to a questionnaire on arbitral legitimacy provided by ICCA at the 2014 ICCA Congress in Miami.
