Domestic Issuer/Foreign Issuer
For the purposes of Regulation S under the Securities Act of 1933, any issuer other than either:
- The government of any foreign country or of any political subdivision of a foreign country.
For the purposes of Regulation S, a "foreign issuer" includes any issuer other than a domestic issuer.
