A license agreement between an owner of an event space and an individual or a company for the use of the event space during a specified time for a license fee. This Standard Document is drafted in favor of the owner but has integrated notes with important explanations and drafting and negotiating tips for both parties. While license agreements are generally governed by state law, this jurisdictionally-neutral template is useful and relevant in every state.
