A Chart of deadlines under the procedures available for federal employees and applicants for federal employment to file equal employment opportunity (EEO) complaints of discrimination under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VII), the Rehabilitation Act (Rehab Act), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Equal Pay Act (EPA), and the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act (GINA). This Chart includes deadlines for initiating and investigating EEO complaints, requesting and participating in hearings before an Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) administrative judge, appealing to the EEOC's Office of Federal Operations (OFO), and filing lawsuits in federal court.
