The SEC's final rule and form amendments expanding and modernizing Regulation A under the Securities Act, as required by Title IV of the JOBS Act, take effect on June 19, 2015.
On April 20, 2015, the SEC's final rule and form amendments expanding and modernizing Regulation A under the Securities Act were published in the Federal Register. The amendments to Regulation A were mandated by Title IV of the JOBS Act. Amended Regulation A, referred to informally by practitioners as Regulation A+, will take effect on June 19, 2015.
