In Integral Petroleum SA v Melars Group Ltd [2015] EWHC 1893 (Comm), the Commercial Court considered whether to set aside an award on jurisdiction made in a London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) arbitration, under section 67 of the English Arbitration Act 1996.
