A Practice Note providing guidance on best practices and legal requirements for labeling of hazardous consumer products that are to be sold in interstate commerce. This Note includes an overview of the Federal Hazardous Substances Act (FHSA) and the related regulations adopted by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) which administers the FHSA.
