Software maintenance agreement (pro-supplier)

Specimen agreement for the provision of maintenance services by the supplier of the relevant software, drafted so as to highlight provisions which may be desirable from the supplier's point of view.

NOTE: Please note that these materials are currently being updated to reflect the Collective Redundancies and Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) (Amendment) Regulations 2013 (SI 2014/16) which came into force on 31 January 2014. The new Regulations amend the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (SI 2006/246).
