European Commission proposes new public procurement remedies directive | Practical Law

The European Commission has proposed a new directive on the national review procedures for public procurement contracts, which would amend the existing Public Sector Remedies Directive (89/665) and Utilities Remedies Directive (92/13) and, in particular, includes a new requirement for a mandatory "standstill" period between award of contract and its conclusion.
