An agreement for underlease conditional upon the grant of a licence to underlet from the superior landlord(s). It contains optional wording for use where the underlease is to be excluded from sections 24-28 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954. It is drafted from the landlord's point of view but seeks to achieve a fair balance between the parties.
