It includes a description of types of commitments, and the terms contained in commitment letters on which the lenders are prepared to undertake to arrange the financing and make loans. It also covers legal issues to be considered in drafting commitment letters, such as bank regulatory anti-tying rules, "Amcan" provisions, and anti-corruption laws, including the Beneficial Ownership Regulation.
