Hong Kong arbitration law: consultation on reforms

As we have previously reported (see Legal update, Hong Kong: reform of the law of arbitration), the government of Hong Kong is presently consulting on proposed reforms of the arbitration law.
The Hong Kong Department of Justice has published a Corrigenda which makes minor amendments to the December 2007Consultation Paper.
We will report on any further developments.
