Delaware statute governing partnerships, which can be found in Chapter 15 of Title 6 of the Delaware Code. A partnership is an association of two or more persons formed to carry on any business, purpose or activity. The statute covers, among other things, laws relating to the formation of the partnership, relationship among the partners of the partnership, and those relating to the relationship between the partners and the partnership.
