Court of Appeal grants leave to appeal against CAT's judgment in vitamins cartel damages case

On 11 December 2008, the Competition Appeal Tribunal (CAT) published an order of the Court of Appeal which grants leave to BASF SE, BASF PLC and Frank Wright Limited to appeal to the Court of Appeal against the CAT's ruling that the damages claim against them brought by BCL Old Co Limited, DFL Old Co Limited, PFF Old Co Limited and Deans Food Limited was not time-barred.
