On 10 March 2010, the Financial Services Authority (FSA) published its Financial Risk Outlook for 2010 (2010 FRO). The FSA subsequently published its Business Plan for 2010/11 (2010/11 BP) on 17 March 2010, setting out how it intends to respond to the risks identified in the 2010 FRO.
