A Practice Note describing the necessary steps for conducting arbitration under the rules of the International Centre for Dispute Resolution. It includes the 2014 version and 2021 version of the ICDR rules, effective 1 March 2021. The 2021 Rules apply to cases commenced on or after 1 March 2021.
