The Secretary of State at the Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC), Chris Huhne, has made various public announcements in September 2010 on UK energy policy, including the Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI), the Green Deal, new nuclear power and carbon capture and storage (CCS).
