Property rights for international couples: EU proposes regulations

Draft regulations on cross-border aspects of the property rights of married couples and registered partners, covering jurisdiction, applicable law (conflict of laws), and recognition and enforcement of decisions, were published by the European Commmission on 16 March 2011.
