On 17 June 2011, the US Department of Justice (DOJ) issued a revised Antitrust Division Policy Guide to Merger Remedies (Policy Guide). The updated Policy Guide discusses structural remedies, conduct remedies, and hybrids. The role of the Antitrust Division's new Office of the General Counsel is also incorporated in the Policy Guide.
