Insolvency Service consults on reforming bankruptcy and compulsory winding-up petition process

On 7 November 2011, the Insolvency Service (IS) published proposals to reform the process of applying for bankruptcy and winding-up orders. The IS invites responses to its consultation, which closes on 31 January 2012.
