FOIA: letter informing applicant requested information is being withheld under qualified exemption

A letter to be used when responding to a request for information made under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. This letter can be used to inform the applicant that the information is being withheld under a qualified exemption.

The letter is based on a draft response published by the Ministry of Justice, which is subject to crown copyright.
