PLC Arbitration has added a Response to Notice of Arbitration, together with a drafting note and a covering letter, to Case study, Commencing SIAC arbitration, authored by Richard Clegg at Selborne Chambers. The case study illustrates the commencement of an international arbitration under the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre. The current edition of the Rules came into force on 1 July 2010 and applies to arbitrations commenced on or after that date.
